The Municipality of Gorna Oryahovica, as organizer of Aviation Day 2026, processes the personal data submitted through the inquiry form on this website.

What data we collect

Through the inquiry form we collect name, company name, email address, phone number, package interest and the message text. For technical reasons we also record the IP address from which the inquiry was submitted, as well as the date and time of submission.

Purpose of processing

The data is used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss partnership opportunities related to the forum. We do not use it for marketing messages and do not provide it to third parties outside the forum organizers.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent given when submitting the form and for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Retention period

Inquiries are stored for up to 12 months after submission and are then deleted automatically. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
